KOSUN is a manufacturer for drilling mud cleaning system.KOSUN mud cleaning system includes four parts : Mud tank system,drilling mud system and drilling centrifuge system.

The Mud Tank is used for offer drilling mud to drill hole, while the drill pipe is pulled up to add drill pipe for deeper drilling. Mud Tank system is a small tank with Mud Agitator, Mud Gun and one small centrifugal pump.The cleaned drilling mud is from mud gun, been mixed by mud agitator and feeding power is from the centrifugal pump.

Drilling mud system is combination of shale shaker, mud cleaner and vacuum degasser. Desander AND desilter are combined as mud cleaner All the solids control equipment are to separate drilling cuttings from drilling mud, as cleaning procedures.

For complex stratigraphic texture during deeper drilling, high demand on drilling mud is attached. In order to remove finer drilling cuttings or recycle barite, we need to use decanter centrifuge. Drilling centrifuge system is including decanter centrifuge and screw pump. Screw pump is used to feed drilling fluids for decanter centrifuge.
